New Forecast Issued For Father's Day: Here's What To Expect Now

Spotty showers and scattered storms are possible for the region amid the arrival of an unsettled weather pattern before a change in time for Father's Day.

Saturday, June 17 will be mostly cloudy throughout the day with widespread haze arriving in the early afternoon and lasting into the early evening, according to the National Weather Service.

Spotty storms and showers are possible anytime during the day, but less likely in the afternoon when peeks of sunshine are expected.

The high temperature will be generally in the low 70s.

Father's Day on Sunday, June 18 is now looking better than earlier forecasts indicated.

It will be dry throughout the day and good to go for outdoor plans, with partly cloudy skies and a high temperature in the mid to upper 70s. 

The outlook for Juneteenth on Monday, June 19 calls for more dry conditions with mostly sunny skies and a high temperature generally in the mid-70s.

Tuesday, June 20 will be partly sunny with a high temperature in the mid-70s.
